Are the cards original?
Yes, each and every card on 2Ecards is created (drawn and animated) by the award-winning cartoonist Vlad Kolarov. Some of the cards are sold to other ecard web sites, but the copyright owner is Vlad Kolarov.
How do I send/pick up a card?
It is done through the Internet. To send a card, you select a card image and input recipient and sender's name and e-mail address. You may
also write a personal message (up to 1000 characters). You can attach background music to the card if the recipient have multi-media computer to play it. If you want
to preview the card click "Preview" button, or "send now" button to send the card. If you want the card to be delivered on a designated day later you
can set the date on calendar below.
The card you sent would be saved on our server while an e-mail
notice with a pickup code and picking-up instructions will be sent to the recipient to ask her/him to pick up the card you just sent.

How do I know the recipient has viewed the card I sent?
It's simple. First, you may check the "notify me when the card is received" option before you send the card, and we will send you a notification when the card is picked up. Second, you should save the pickup code that was shown on the screen when the card is sent. You
can also ask it to be emailed to you on that page. You can check the card's status by viewing the card page yourself.
Why I cannot play the music?
The background music of 2Ecards is in MIDI format. To play it, please make sure the MIDI is added in the
Media Player program in your Win95/98 system. To see if your PC is midi ready, go to start/programs/accessories/Mutilmedia/Media Player, and then click the "device" pull-down menu to see if "Midi Sequencer..."is listed. You should also check the Volume Control by clicking on the speaker icon at the lower-right corner on your computer screen to make sure MIDI
is not muted.
If you don't have a midi sequencer installed on your computer, please go to the
Yamaha Web Site and
download the MIDPULG TM. This Netscape Plug-in is available for Windows 3.X, Windows 95, and Mac OS.
If you have received a greeting card with music background, you should see a little music control panel right below the card. If you don't see it that means the card was
not attached with a piece of music when it was sent.
Can I get any computer viruslike "happy99.exe" using 2Ecards?
No, you will never get "happy99.exe"virus from 2Ecards. You absolutely can not get a computer virus from sending or receiving a 2Ecards online greeting card. Unlike some other card sites that send executable card file (.exe) as attachment to the email, 2Ecards cards are simply web pages that you vie w with your browser and its email notifications
are only text messages without any attached files. When you send or receive cards on 2Ecards, you do not actually download any file which may contain a virus such as "happy99.exe."
If your computer has been affected by the virus called"happy99.exe," please read the information at
Norton anti-virus research center and follow the step-by-step instructions to get rid of it. Remember, you should not execute any executable-file attachment (.EXE) that comes from an email or a newsgroup posting from an untrusted source.
